Very good comfortable apartment in the right place. Want to stay again.

Very Good

Good apartment for its price. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Location is super: in the center, near a beautiful church.

There is 1 drawback in its location — tram railways. Noisy. Hard to sleep with opened window. But if it's not warm outside, you can close the window and that's fine to sleep until you run out of air :))) as there is no air conditioning. And there wasn't a pan lid on one pan. Wasn't good for cooking.

Would recommend for a long stay

Large room and good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of storage and good cooking facilities. Washing machine also Included. Great location in city.

Little privacy as the curtains are too small for the windows. Also shower head does not adjust up or down.

Wonderful

The apartment was a good size, very clean, had everything you needed for self-catering if need be & had good natural light The bed was comfortable & the shower had good pressure, to make it a refreshing & relaxing shower, after a long journey

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. The only problem I had, which was probably me, was that it took me a few attempts to work out how to lock the apartment door when I was going out.

Very Good

The breakfast was good, but it was a little bit complicated, because you had to go to another location to a restaurant. But it worked.

One of the loft beds had some boards that had become disconnected, and potentially created a hazard. That was surprising to discover. Wasn't ab big deal for us, but kind of strange that it hadn't had been fixed.

Wonderful

The apartment was cozy and spacious. It was easy to find a free parking sport nearby (but that's probably going to change as they put parking meters there, they are just not yet launched). There was tea and coffee which was a nice surprise.

No AC, which is a basic need in summer

Great apartment very close to old town area

A very nice apartment well situated close to the old town. Spacious and modern, nothing much at all to dislike about this property. As an older person I appreciated an apartment on the 2nd floor, note there are no lifts.

I suppose lack of a lift would deter some people particularly on the upper floors.

Worth to stay, good location for sleepover.

Location is very near center. Parking is available but nearest parking near house is very limited. Right now it was free of charge. Apartment is big enough, it has balcony. Good TV.

It's a bit noisy at night. Nearby street is with good traffic and train tracks/bridge is near the house.

Nice apartment to stay with family

Everything was fine, apartment is beautiful, breakfast was really delicious.

Bed on the first floor was a little bit wet, it felt like we sleep on basement level. It is good there is a heater, sonwe used it to warm the room and bedding.

Good option in Katowice

Convenient location, just outskirts of Old town, near is a public transport stop and 5 mins by walk to city center. The hosts propose very good breakfast option at restaurant Browar Mariacki, 5 mins by walk from apartments, which propose wide à la carte breakfast options. We had just 1 towel per person, but once we asked, we got 2 more. Keep in mind, there is no AC, in summer could be hot ????

There is no lift, as it's old building, so if you have a lot of bags, you will need to bring it to some of floors (we had the highest, for example) by your own. Pillows were very soft, for our necks they were not very comfortable. All aparts were clean, except place behind the bedside table, there we found dust.

The fly in the oinment

The cleanliness of the tiles in the shower cubicle doesn't match the high standard of the apartment. The cleaning team should do better. And also, please stop using terry cloth bed sheets, they are rough and extremely uncomfortable.

Great stay, very good location.

smooth process of receiving the code to the apartment, and contacting the host via booking and messages, the room was really nice and well-equipped.

In the beginning, I did not feel very safe, because of the door lock and the code. However, the host was very responsive and explained to me how it is with the code.
